Most companies, including
our clients, have specific clauses written into their
contracts that prohibit employees from conducting any
activities that would result in a conflict of interest.
Conducting an evaluation on an employer clearly represents
a conflict of interest. This activity could lead to
dismissal from your employer. Please make sure you do
not accept assignments that could result in this action.
Recent screening
and monitoring processes have identified XEs that have
breached this conflict of interest. These XEs have been
deleted from our database. GBW will continue to
work closely with our clients to ensure the ongoing
integrity of our data.
Please let us know if you are aware
of having any potential conflicts of interest. Your
personal file will be updated and, in your interests,
you will be blocked from completing any evaluations
for the relevant client.
