Occasionally some of our XEs have problems downloading their paperwork online.
In emergency situations we can email you a copy of your paperwork. However, to
be able to open the file you must have Adobe Acrobat installed on you computer.

Flash
Our interactive online guidance modules require Flash to be
installed on your PC. If you do not have Flash you can download it from the

Ever wanted to seek advice or discuss issues with other mystery shoppers? There

Register with emailcash (which is free) and you will be able to enter their
various forums. A community of GBW shoppers has formed within this site
to help each other with mystery shopping related issues. You might also find
this site another handy way to make some extra cash.
