eXperience Evaluators observe and report encounters
normal customers have everyday. XEs visit retail/service
outlets unannounced and make observations about their
experience. This information is then supplied to our
clients to assess and improve the brand experiences
that they deliver to their customers.
Many of you may still be thinking… well, that
certainly sounds like mystery shopping. Incorrect! Members
of our field-force are not just mystery shopping; they're
evaluating all key aspects of a brand experience. GBW's
approach advances significantly beyond mystery
shopping. In our view, our clients' customers are not
merely purchasing products and services; they're experiencing
a brand.
So what's the difference between being a mystery
shopper and an XE?
Let's face it… almost anyone can sign up as a
mystery shopper. In reality the screening processes
used by most mystery shopping companies are fairly lax.
GBW has evolved the traditional role
of the mystery shopper beyond just shopping.
The basis of our claim is the launch of our new online
guidance programs. We have developed industry leading
online guidance modules. These 'virtual evaluations'
will provide immediate upskilling to our entire field
force. The simulated video/game will ensure that you
are fully aware of the standard requirements when completing
any evaluation. Upon completion of our guidance programs
you will become an accredited GBW XE.
