Evaluator
Club. eXperience Evaluator (XE) is the
new term we're using to replace the common title of
mystery shopper. GBW is moving beyond mystery
shopping, and we're taking you with us!
Ok. But what is the difference between
a mystery shopper and an XE?
An XE is much more than a mystery shopper.
An XE has opportunities not presented to your standard
mystery shopper. Our new orientation program sets a
new standard in preparation for your role. You won't
see a program like this anywhere else. As we build our
new web site we will be incorporating other exciting
initiatives such as online forums, incentive and reward
schemes, and further development of your online system.
Only an XE will have privilege to these exciting opportunities.
To help celebrate the exciting launch
of the eXperience
Evaluator concept,
we're introducing three new online initiatives. After
all, your online experiences are everything to us.
Look at what you'll experience with each
online improvement.
1. Orientation
Our orientation program is the key in
your progression from mystery shopper to eXperience
Evaluator. Orientation is an interactive experience
simulator. However, we like to think of it as more of
a game. It simulates the process of conducting a real
assignment. You'll run through a virtual evaluation,
play observation games, and complete short quizzes.
You'll even receive an immediate score once you've finished.
It's great fun!
Completing orientation is the first step
towards becoming an eXperience Evaluator. It's voluntary
at this point in time, but as we convert our database
into XE's it will become a standard requirement.
You will need Flash player installed
on your computer to complete our orientation program.
However, don't fret if you don't have it (or have never
heard of it before!). It will automatically download
to your PC once you click on the 'Go' button
if it is not already installed.
2. WebSelect
Enhancement
A new enhancement to WebSelect will cut
the time you need to spend searching online for assignments.
You're now just one click away from how much work we
have in your area with our new Search by Region
function.
3. My Profile
You'll also find
a new option on your main menu entitled My Profile.
This new menu item enables you to edit your personal
details in a secure environment. Edit your personal
details with the simple click of a button. Brilliant!
